The 80/20 Plan is the PERFECT solution when you find yourself in one of two places: You’re either in good health and your weight isn’t a big problem, and you want to get even slimmer and healthier. Or, you’ve already gone through the 21-day Bone Broth Diet and you still need to improve your health and lose more weight. The 80/20 Plan provides the structure and guidance you need to keep on track so you can achieve your healthiest, most beautiful body. On this 80/20 Plan, you can re-introduce foods restricted on the 21-day Bone Broth Diet, back into your diet. However, pay close attention to how your body reacts to them. Here’s how to add foods back into your diet: • Reintroduce only one food at a time. Eat enough that you’ll be able to tell if you have a bad reaction to it, but don’t overdo it. • If you experience any of the following symptoms within 24 to 36 hours after reintroducing a food, put it back on the “no” list. (You can re-test that food later to see if your reaction was just a coincidence.) -Constipation, diarrhea, bloating, or gas -“Brain fog” -Headaches -Joint pain -Fatigue -Skin breakouts or rashes -Anxiety or depression • Wait five days before introducing another food. This will make it much easier to determine how your body reacts to each food.
