Overview

The Pescatarian Diet is a type of ovo-lacto vegetarian diet. Pescatarians are considered as “semi-vegetarian” or follow a “flexitarian” diet as these individuals do restrict their meat consumption to fish and seafood only. Pescatarians do not consume red meat, white meat or fowl.
